Mission
As a tech demo mission, Fledgling Veery "Barb" will first run through a series of commissioning and stress tests to demonstrate functionality of all of its new and upgraded systems. After this, Barb will enter an operational mode, providing a limited monitoring capability for ocean surface wind speed.
